Woopra / Analytics Integration

If you want to track and monitor the customer activities e.g. with Woopra you can set up some integration points as following:

Contact forms
When a form is submitted and ticket is created you can set up a rule in BeezDesk that calls some custom URL. On this URL you can have a custom script that will execute your woopra tracking code.

Chat
This will is possible with the Plugin you find in Configuration > System > Plugins > Live Chat Tracking

Knowledge base
You can place custom codes to the knowledgebase content in your BeezDesk > Customer Portal > Settings > Customise design > Tracking codes tab.
