for international businesses the coupon value should be different for national / international.
Example: a coupon for free shipping would be ok national, but not for international orders.

an A customer should get a "bigger" discount than a C customer
I suggest filter options like:
- total order volume
- number of orders
- customer group (kundengruppe)

Current approach will be to introduce “Marketing Groups”. Based on filter rules customers are added to marketing groups. Marketing Groups can then be uses to e.g. define different coupon values.
That approach should allow to cover the requirements.
