NOTE:

If you have problems signing in, check your google account security notifications at https://security.google.com/settings/security/notifications

Google have to allow your app to use your own account, to allow this google provided an easy way, just go to https://accounts.google.com/DisplayUnlockCaptcha, then click continue, then with 10 min, use your application to try to send email again, and google will remember the application/service and allow your application to access your account as long as you don't change your password.

You may also need to either switch to google two-step verification, or allow access for so called "Less secure apps" at https://www.google.com/settings/security/lesssecureapps (or go to your google account settings at https://myaccount.google.com section Signing in item Access for less secure apps). The communication between the BeezDesk server and google server is still secured using SSL/TLS but google now considers simple username and password login less secure.
